About Holli Bradish-Lane

I’m Holli Bradish-Lane, a DNA-based health coach and Whole-BEING architect.

My work is grounded in applied functional genomics, long-term healthcare leadership, and lived experience navigating complexity in the body and in life.

I help people who have already done the hard things and are ready for clarity that holds up under real conditions.

Why this work exists

For many years, I worked inside healthcare systems and leadership environments where responsibility was constant and margin was thin.

I saw capable, disciplined people doing everything they were told to do and still struggling with weight, energy, recovery, and resilience.

The problem was rarely effort.

It was that one-size-fits-all models fail when biology, stress load, history, and responsibility compound.

Iron Crucible Health Coaching exists to address that gap.

Lived experience and perspective

I know what it means to fight for health and to rebuild capacity over time.

My own journey includes navigating personal health challenges, trauma, and sustained leadership responsibility. Those experiences shaped how I see the body, behavior, and change.

They also shaped how I work.

This work does not rely on pushing harder, overriding signals, or chasing outcomes. It prioritizes discernment, steadiness, and informed choice.

How I approach this work

I do not believe in generic rules applied universally.

I believe in understanding how an individual body tends to respond, then building strategy around that reality.

DNA provides context.
Behavior provides leverage.
Structure provides durability.

The goal is not transformation for its own sake.
It is capacity that lasts.

Experience and recognition

My work draws on decades of experience in healthcare leadership and applied functional genomics, working alongside high-functioning professionals, many within healthcare and other demanding fields.

In 2025, I was named Best Health & Wellness Coach – Colorado by the Evergreen Awards.

That recognition is meaningful.
The deeper reward is seeing people regain clarity, agency, and trust in their own biology.

Beyond coaching

I am also the author of The GLP-1 Exit Plan and an endurance athlete with multiple Ironman finishes.

These pursuits reflect the same values that guide my coaching:

  • discipline without rigidity

  • strength built over time

  • and respect for limits as information rather than failure.
